Minimum 3-5 years’ progressive experience in Payroll and Accounts Payable processing positions in a multi-state company setting. 3. Proficient in all aspects of multi-state payroll processing, payroll withholding management and payroll tax reporting compliance 4. Proficient in all aspects of accounts payable processing, including coding invoice coding and expense allocations 5. Proficient in all aspects of accounts payable processing, including coding invoice coding and expense allocations Tell Me About this Job: Is a key member of the accounting department, processing biweekly, multi-state payroll and processing weekly accounts payable transactions. The Payroll Specialist is also responsible for performing all biweekly, monthly, quarterly and annual payroll processing functions, including account reconciliation and tax reporting oversight and is responsible for scanning and coding invoices, processing payments and managing timely payment of company expenses.
